Shipping Policy
If you are near Taree it may be possible to arrange direct delivery at a reduced rate. For orders of several bonsai pots for delivery between Sydney and Port Macquarie we may be able to make a direct delivery, please contact us to discuss.

We use Australia Post with pricing taken directly from their systems. Remember that shipping times will be estimated, and may be shorter or longer than the time quoted.
Each order is checked and packed carefully ensuring that you receive your order as expected.
Packing
Our bonsai pots are wrapped in bubble wrap with protective foam and layers of cardboard before being packed in boxes or mailing bags.
Environmental sustainability is very important to us. We try to re-use as much packaging as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
