  • Provider: We ship using Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Pricing: Shipping costs are taken directly from the Australia Post system.
  • Delivery Windows: Shipping times are estimates only and may occasionally vary based on postal volumes. Due mainly to being 40km out of town.

  • Pot Protection: Each bonsai pot is securely wrapped in bubble wrap and protective foam inside heavy-duty boxes.
  • Quality Check: We inspect every order during packing to ensure it arrives exactly as expected.
  • Eco-Friendly Choice: Environmental sustainability is important to us, so we re-use packaging materials whenever possible to reduce waste.
  • Please retain all packing materials if the items are damaged during shipping, as Australia Post requires these to process insurance claims.
